The teen, identified by police sources and neighbors as Jonmere McCassling, was blasted in the leg and midsection after getting into an argument on Loring Ave. near Emerald St. in East New York just before 12:30 p.m., cops said.
He was taken to Brookdale University Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition after undergoing surgery, officials said.
